Then I either coach you to make the content yourself, or I take care of it for you.

The strategy session needs a couple of calls with you to make sure we’re on the same page.

After that, coaching is a weekly or fortnightly check in to touch base.

I supply the video ideas with instructions so all you need to do is film them, or I can come on site and do it for you.

Faces do build trust fastest, but heaps of good tradie content is the work itself, your hands, a voiceover, or the apprentice who loves a camera.

Everyone starts with a Strategy Workshop: $1,500 one off for your full content plan.
Weekly coaching starts from $150 a week with no lock in, or I can do it all for you from $1,500 a month.

Ad spend is separate and paid straight to Meta or Google, and all prices are plus GST.

I'm based in Melbourne but work with businesses right across Australia, from the Gold Coast to Mildura. Strategy and coaching happen over video calls. In Melbourne I can get out on site for shoot days, or organise flights interstate. 

Alternatively, you film to my brief or I line up a local videographer.

You can, and I use AI as a tool too. But AI writes the same post it wrote for every other tradie in the country and people can smell it a mile away.

It can't film your jobs and it doesn't sound like you.

What wins work is real people doing real work.

I won't promise you a number of followers or leads, because anyone who does is guessing.

What I can promise: the strategy is yours to keep whatever happens, coaching has no lock in, and we check the data every couple of weeks and change what isn't working.

It happens a lot. You deal with me, not an account manager and I've been on the tools myself, so your content will sound like you - not a marketing department.

And you start with a one off strategy, not a 12 month contract.

We agree on what success looks like in the strategy before anything gets posted.

Then you get a simple report: what's working, why, and what we're doubling down on. No 40 page reports full of vanity numbers or confusing data.

You'll have real data on what's working within a couple of weeks of posting. From there it compounds: we find the winners, make more like them, and get better month on month

Depends how hands off you want to be. On coaching, you film and post, and I give you the ideas and feedback. On done for you, you shoot to my brief (or I line up a local videographer) and Toscano handles the edit, captions and posting. Either way, I direct every piece and sign it off before it goes out.

Not always. If your customers are already searching for what you do, Google ads catch them at the right moment. If they don’t know they need you yet, Meta ads on Facebook and Instagram create that demand. We pick one, start small, and only spend more once it’s working.
